14 days. No reason needed.

This is a courtesy translation. Only the French version is legally binding.
The rule
You have 14 days from your purchase to ask for a full refund. No justification is required. Software someone regrets buying is good for neither of us.
The refund covers the entire amount paid, tax included.
Try it first
TyKaoz can be tried free for 14 days, with no account, no card and no sign-up. We strongly encourage you to use it: it is the best way to find out whether the product suits you before paying.
The refund window stays open even if you have already used the trial. One does not consume the other.
How to ask
Write to demat@tykaoz.bzh from the email address used for the purchase, or give us your licence key. That is all: no form, no ticket number to obtain first.
You can also go through Paddle, who took the payment and issued your invoice. The link is at the bottom of that invoice. Both routes lead to the same result.
Timing
That last delay is out of our hands: it depends on your bank and on the payment method used.
What happens next
A refund ends the licence. In practice your key stops being valid and the application returns to its free version on next launch — chatting with models stays available, the advanced features close.
Nothing is erased from your Mac. Your conversations, your documents and your wiki are yours and stay where they are, whatever the outcome. If you buy a licence again later, you will find them exactly as you left them.
The only limits
We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse: repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or attempts to circumvent the licensing mechanism. It is rare, and we will explain ourselves if it happens.
After 14 days we are no longer bound to refund. Write to us anyway if your situation warrants it: we look at cases one by one rather than pointing at a rule.
This policy restricts none of your statutory rights, including the warranties of conformity and against hidden defects under French law. See the terms of sale.
